I'm Gisela, founder of Buenos Aires Latino. I’ve been working in hospitality since I was 16, and professionally as a chef since I turned 22. But before anything else, I’m Argentinian — and in Argentina, asado is more than just food. It’s a ritual. It’s family, friends, stories, music, the fire, and the time we share before we even sit down to eat.

We specialize in authentic Argentinian-style BBQ cooked over an open flame, bringing the rich flavours and traditions of Argentina to every event. With over 20 years of experience in catering — including events for up to 1,500 guests — and 6 years offering a unique street food experience, we guarantee quality, efficiency, and unforgettable taste.

OUR FOOD

We can serve in a street food format or as a buffet-style setup with elegant canapés served before the main BBQ.
Our setup includes a 3x6m gazebo; for events with over 200 guests, we require a 4x9m space. We can cater events of up to 500 attendees.

We don’t just do catering — we create an unforgettable Argentinian BBQ experience.

Buenos Aires Latino brings the heart of Argentina to your plate with traditional asado — Argentinian barbecue cooked over the flame.
I started Buenos Aires Latino because I missed that experience. I wanted to bring not only the flavours but also the culture, the warmth, and the spirit of asado to my new home. This is not just barbecue — this is a celebration, a way to connect people through food, just like we do back home every Sunday.
We work with local suppliers — our meat comes from R. Jenkins Butchers  in Easton, and we source our produce for chimichurri and sides from Maliki, A2Z, and other local businesses. From canapés to desserts, we craft each menu to create an authentic, unforgettable experience.
