Every trader on our roster is handpicked for their flavour, their craft and their commitment to keeping their food sustainable. That means sourcing proper local ingredients, cutting waste and cooking in ways that keep environmental impact to a minimum.

We’re serious about good food and we’re serious about doing it right.

HOW WE ROLL

When we add traders to our network, we make sure they all:
Use local, seasonal ingredients wherever possible
Minimise fuel use when cooking
Don't use generators at our events
Are plastic free and only use biodegradable disposables
Reduce waste and recycle everything we can at our markets and festivals
And if they don’t, they don’t make it into the Bristol Eats community.

Whether it’s a lunchtime market, a wedding or a corporate event, the food you tuck into is made with care.
