Wild & Rustic is a pop-up catering company based in the South West and founded in 2014. Our main focus, is a specialist range of rustic burgers inspired by the British countryside with added culinary influences ranging from the French Alps, Southern Italy and Classic American. We specialise in event catering for Weddings, Corporate and Private Events, creating a unique bespoke catering experience and have been nominated as a 2018 Finalist for "Best Trader" at the Bristol & Bath Crumbs Awards for our efforts.
Our innovative menu design is based on local and seasonal produce. We only source high quality ingredients from award winning suppliers in Bristol to complement our final product, such as dry aged organic grassed fed beef which is aged for 8 weeks from Popti & Beast, working closely with deer stalkers in Dorset where our fallow deer is shot wild on the Jurassic coast, Chi Whole foods a certified organic vegetable suppler and The Bristol Loaf who produces our organic challah buns who won Bristol’s “Best Baker” in 2018 food awards, to name a few.
