We are Eva and Roland! Our love for Lángos began after visiting Roland's parents in Budapest and during lockdown we started making Lángos for our local community. Since then we now bring you this amazing dish to the streets of Bristol for everyone to experience.

OUR FOOD
Lángos is a classic Hungarian fried dough, best described as a deep fried flatbread, it is sold in food trucks and street vendors around Hungary and is popular all year round. The perfect Lángos is light and fluffy on the inside whilst crispy on the outside. Any toppings can be put on a Lángos but the Hungarian classic is with crème fraiche and trappista cheese. We serve our menu with a twist on the classic recipe by making all of our toppings vegan or vegetarian.’
