Spengler’s Deli is an homage to the great delis of New York City, where a sandwich is a work of art that’s taken very seriously indeed. We use the best ingredients in the southwest to make our own versions of some deli classics, or as we like to say, “Southwest ingredients, New York City style.”
OUR FOOD
We’ve been operating for just under three years now out of our 3mx3m branded gazebo, with our base being the Frome Independent where it all started for us.
Our menu feature’s our own home-cured salt beef Reubens, banging pork and beef meatball subs, a Brooklyn Breakfast burrito with chorizo, potato, egg hash with zesty guac and hot sauce in a tortilla, eggplant parms with Parmesan and breadcrumb-coated aubergines covered in marina and provolone cheese sauce in a brioche bap, and a Philly cheesesteak featuring locally sources rare breed bavette steak slathered in sauteed onions and green peppers and provolone cheese sauce.
Spengler’s Deli is available for food markets, festivals or private events.
