Smoke Catering is a family catering business set up and run by Claire and Robyn Dacey and we operate in and around the South West.
In 2011 we took a trip to Texas to visit family and embarked on a road trip around the ‘Lone Star State’, loved it so much that we headed back in 2015, bought ourselves an authentic Texan smoker and took up training with one of the Texas's finest pitmasters.
Using only seasoned wood logs - mostly Oak & Apple and the finest meat we have found from our friends at Newton Farm Foods, we offer a really different experience to the traditional with a comforting taste of real outdoors cooking, plus the Smoker's a bit of a talking point too!!
The Mighty Texan – 7 hour smoked & pulled pork shoulder with smoked beef & chilli sausage served in a brioche bun with traditional slaw, homemade BBQ sauce & homemade pickles
9 hour smoked Beef Brisket with Texan beans, slaw & roasted garlic mash
7 hour smoked Pork shoulder with jalapeno mac ‘n’ cheese, smoked chilli lime corn & sweet potato
Hot Smoked Salmon with a celeriac, apple & pomegranate slaw & baby potato salad
Smoked sausage dog with slaw & smoked maple bacon
