Over the years, Kookoo Food has grown from a small family business into a well-established street food brand with regular trading locations across the West. We also travel throughout the UK to trade at food festivals, community events, sporting events, corporate functions and private celebrations.

Our signature dishes include Persian Saffron Chicken and Persian Saffron Lamb Doner, both marinated using our family’s own handcrafted Persian spice blend. This unique seasoning is made from 37 carefully selected herbs and spices, following a traditional family recipe that has been passed down through generations in Iran. It is more than just a seasoning – it is part of our family’s heritage, bringing the authentic taste of Persia to every dish we serve. Alongside our signature dishes, we also offer freshly prepared vegan falafel wraps, fragrant Persian saffron rice bowls and homemade sauces, all prepared fresh on site.
