At Hummusapiens we take pride in bringing quality street food to the best events in the country. We create healthy, sustaining and wholesome food, taking influence from the middle east to bring the best flatbread wraps and loaded hummus bowls, all served from a vintage Mercedes food truck.

We have been honing our skills since 2019, trading in the highly competitive Bristol street food scene. We are regular traders across the Bristol market scene and at large events such as Shambala, Womad and Glastonbury.

Finally we always make sure we cater for a diverse range of diets. We take pride in offering plant-based and vegetarian options that will make you happy to put meat to the side, and our menu has always had and option to be at least 50% gluten free and 100% free from nuts. We also make sure that we are affordable, even in the current climate.

The team at Hummusapiens are bringing their food to your events across Bristol and beyond bringing you all of the Hummusapiens classics from market stall to your door.

Hummusapiens brings vibrant, handcrafted street food to life, celebrating fresh, high-quality ingredients and bold, delicious flavours. Proudly sourcing organic and local produce, including UK-grown quinoa and Bristol-made laffa flatbreads, they craft every dish with care and sustainability in mind.

Our ethos is to use ethical and high quality ingredients for every appetite. We avoid ultra processed ingredients, use high welfare meat as standard and use as much local and Organic produce as we can. Aesthetics are also super important and we take great effort to make both our vintage food truck look amazing, our food look beautiful and of course, taste even better.
