Hand baked fresh bagels and hot and cold filled bagel sandwiches. All the bagels are handmade and baked the same day. The fillings have a huge focus on being sourced with ingredients as locally as possible as well as organic too. The menu stems from classic fillings with my own touches to make them unique.
