Combining fragrant spices grown on the island and traditional recipes (with influences from Southern India to Portugal) we think Sri Lankan food is pretty special in itself and we put a lot of love and care into preparing all our dishes from scratch. Some of our specialist ingredients are grown in Sri Lanka, but we source free range meat, eggs and seasonal vegetables locally to us in Gloucestershire.

They are crispy bowl shaped pancakes made from a batter of rice flour and coconut milk, an egg is poached in the batter and they are then topped with a range of sambols or chutneys, from mild coconut & lime, to fiery chilli & onion. We also make short-eats, or snacks, such as vegetable roti parcels, fish cutlets and lamb rolls, all made with a special blend of Sri Lankan spices. You will also find the popular street food kottu roti plus a variety of rice and curry options which change according to the season. Most of our food is vegetarian or vegan and we have gluten and dairy free options. All our take-away packaging is biodegradable.
